A) SBT- 600 Series (Cutting):
Grades 600, 602, 603, 622, 629, which are tripoli bar compounds and brown in color, work with
sisal buffs and cloth buffs.
Having excellent cutting power with coloring result. Suitable for brass, aluminium, zinc diecasting,
non-ferrous metals etc.
Grade 605 can be worked with polishing wheels for lubrication, also can be worked with sisal
buffs for cutting purpose on all metals.
Grade 650 can be worked with plastic parts and FRP for cutting operation, to eliminate the parting line.
B) SBA- 700 Series (Cutting):
Grades 703, 705, 707, 709, 713, 717, 727, which are alumina bar compounds and white in color,
work with sisal buffs. Having aggrasive cutting power.
Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, aluminium, zinc diecasting, etc. for cutting operation
with levelling and coloring result.
C) SBR- 1000 Series (Cutting & Coloring):
Grades 1004-5, 1007, 1008, which are alumina bar compounds and pink in color, work with sisal buffs
and cloth buffs. Having excellent cutting power and coloring result.
One stage operation for cutting and coloring with sisal buffs.
D) SBW- 800 Series (Coloring):
Grades 801, 802, 804, 806-3, 808, 816, 871, 881, which are both alumina and silica bar compounds
and white or beige in color. Having excellent coloring result.
Grade 801 is suitable for all metals with coloring operation. Also can be worked on plastic parts, PE,
PU coating surface for coloring operation.
Grade 802, 803, 806-3 are suitable for stainless steel, brass, steel parts with sisal buffs for one stage
of cutting and coloring operation.
Grade 804, 816, 871 are suitable for all metals, coating surface, wooden furnitures, plastic parts, PE,
PU coating with cloth buffs for excellent coloring operation.
E) SBG- 900 Series (Coloring):
Grades 901, 902, 905, 905A, 905B, 905C, which are Chrome rouge bars with cloth buffs for all metals,
to get high mirror chrome bright finishing result.
Grade 901 is suitable for one stage cutting and coloring operation on ferrous and
non-ferrous metal.
Grade 902 is suitable for cleaning and coloring operation on ferrous and non-ferrous metal.
Grade 905 series is for the excellent mirror finishing result, and tailor made products.
F) SBB- 1400 Series (Coloring):
Grade 1401 is blue bar, can be worked with cloth buffs, offers excellent brightness surface,
suitable for all metals, wooden furnitures, plastic parts, PE, PU coatings.
